Appointment requests
You can choose a clinic and two preferred dates and times. These choices are used in your browser to prepare a message. The website does not request your name, mobile number, medical details or files, and does not submit appointment information to our web server or send an email.
You can review, edit or cancel your draft. Only when you choose Continue in WhatsApp does the browser open a wa.me link containing the clinic destination and the displayed draft text. WhatsApp receives that draft through the link. You must tap Send in WhatsApp yourself; opening it does not confirm a booking. WhatsApp has its own privacy policy. Once you send a message, clinic staff receive it through WhatsApp and can arrange your appointment.
Please do not include medical documents, medical history or NRIC numbers in the website message builder. Call the clinic if you need to discuss documents or care.
Retention
We retain appointment-request information only for as long as needed to manage your appointment and meet applicable legal or business requirements.
The website creates no separate appointment database or email copy. Hosting services may retain operational access logs. This notice does not set a retention period for clinical records; please contact our Data Protection Officer with questions.
Cookies, maps and other services
The public website uses no analytics or tracking cookies. Google Maps loads only if you choose to show a map. Google Maps, WhatsApp and other external sites have their own privacy policies.
Your questions and requests
You can ask about access to or correction of your personal data, withdraw consent, or ask how a request is handled. We may need to confirm your identity.
